Please note that all our servo cylinders are sleeved in stainless steel as standard procedure, tested on both pressure decay and fluid pressure equipment which includes vacuum/boost ratio output.

CLASSIC CAR BRAKES PROCESS
01Servo booked in
Your servo arrives and it is booked in and photographed for ID with a project number. All products are individually stamped with customer identification codes
02Strip and clean
The servo is stripped and cleaned and all parts are fully inspected
03Plating
Where necessary, the servo is plated
04Assembly
Servos are assembled using OE quality kits. If internal components are required we have a full in house machining facility
05Pressure testing
All servos are pressured tested using our computerised test facility for seal integrity followed by a wet test where applicable for general performance and boost ratio output
06Posting of servo
All customer servos are traceable and returned when completed
